TerrAdorna offers a flexible layout, with multiple entertaining location options, both indoors and outdoors, to choose from.

We are happy to provide more A/V and lighting options, complimentary with venue rental, than just about any venue that we know of. We’re sure that you will find TerrAdorna to be the most logical and cost efficient choice for your Austin area Corporate Event!

And we give you complete Vendor flexibility – You’re free to choose from our wonderful, talented, preferred vendors, or bring in your own!

Here’s what me included with the rental of the property –

Before & After Your Big Event

• Your venue rental time begins at noon and ends at midnight – a full 12 hours!
• Additional hours may be added to your rental time at a rate of just $250 per hour.
• Spacious upstairs loft for event organizers or use as a special event VIP room – nearly 1000 square feet – and includes a full bath, lots of mirrors, natural light, and hospitality nook for hosting drinks & snacks.
• Additional house on property, with full bath and kitchen, can be used for event organizers or VIP room.
• Venue rental includes a complimentary overnight stay. This can be used as an incentive for your group or a place to leave your items overnight for next day pick up.
• You are welcome to use the grounds for pre event photo shoots.

Facilities & Included Rentals

• The unique design of our event space brings the outdoors in with all-glass overhead doors that can be opened fully onto the surrounding porch and deck.
• Our venue boasts a fully built-in rain plan. The covered wrap-around porch also has clear vinyl drop walls, that can add an additional 1000 square feet to our main ballroom.
• Dinner seating inside for up to 150. Our space can accommodate up to 200 by opening up to the deck and on the Terrace.
• Classroom seating for up to 200 indoors, with more available upon opening up to the deck.
• Tenting is allowed on the grounds with consultation. We have a wonderful rental company we work with who have a variety of tenting options to choose from.
• Vendor-approved caterer’s kitchen.
• TerrAdorna includes a generous amount of complimentary upscale event rental items for your corporate event – over $2400 in savings! These include:
  • (150) beautiful natural wood colored Chiavari chairs
  • (160) outdoor white folding chairs
  • (15) 60″ round tables
  • (10) 6′ banquet tables
  • (2) 8′ banquet tables
  • (2) 1/4 round serpentine tables
  • Floor length table linens in your choice of black, white, or ivory
• And we even include SET UP of all of your tables and chairs – both indoor and outdoor, saving you time and money on your overall set up!

• TerrAdorna always offers plenty of Free WiFi access for your event!
• Our state of the art built-in Audio/Visual system includes:

  • Mixer – Allen and Heath GR 2 zone (inside/outside)
  • Microphones – 1 wireless EV R300 (range covers entire facility)

• For additional speakers (client provided), we offer 2 remote audio jacks (3 pin XLR type). These are located in the ballroom at main floor level.

  • DMX connection outlets, located on the central light truss and at the two perimeter light mounting bars
  • House provided special effect lights, located in the four main columns, are independently programmable, or can be included in the DMX network

Please note that all bookings require a signed contract and half of rental rate to secure your event date.

The final balance, plus a $500 refundable damage deposit, is due 60 days before your event.
