How many events do you have at once?

Just one – and that’s yours! You will never be sharing the property on your special day with anyone else.

How many hours are included?

You get 12 full hours of rental time, from 12pm to 12am.

You may purchase one additional hour after midnight at 10% of venue rental rate.

What is the largest number of guests you can accommodate?

Our maximum capacity is 200.

Do you have on site parking?

Yes, we have an onsite parking lot that is included free of charge with the rental of TerrAdorna.

Do you include any time for rehearsal the day before?

Yes, a 2 hour rehearsal is included and will be scheduled 2 months before your event.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental of TerrAdorna?

Yes! We actually include over $2,400 worth of higher end rentals with the rental of the venue. Click here for a listing of all of the rentals that are included.

Am I responsible for setting up all of the tables and chairs?

We take care of all of that for you! We will set up all of your ceremony and reception chairs and reception tables.

Are we required to use certain vendors?

We have a list of outstanding vendors we recommend, based on their quality and service, who know and understand TerrAdorna. However, with the exception of a venue-approved bartender service, you may bring in any other vendors you choose, without penalty.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Certainly! And it’s a real cost savings to you. We do not charge any additional corkage fees, either. Our required bartender service providers will consult with you regarding purchase amounts (more savings!), signature cocktails, any specialty requests you may have, and will take care of all the details.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

We do not charge a cleaning fee, as long as you leave TerrAdorna exactly how you found it. We do offer a “Walk Away” service for just $250. More information HERE.

Are there hotels close by?

Yes, the closest hotel is just 8 miles away. We even have hotels that will provide complimentary shuttle service to TerrAdorna!

Can we use TerrAdorna for photo shoots?

Yes, you may use the grounds for bridal and engagement shoots when you book the venue.

Do you allow sparklers?

Yes, we allow sparkler usage, as long as there is no burn ban in effect.

Do you allow tents?

Tenting is allowed on the grounds with consultation. We have a wonderful rental company we work with who have a variety of tenting options to choose from.
